"We have been in business for fifteen years and I have never heard of this happening," Teixeira told Eyewitness News Friday.
She said she had already received calls from several Cinderella's customers scrambling to find new gowns.
"We are trying to get [the affected customers] a dress that they love again and make it stress free hassle free."
She says her business is teaming up with designers to help the affected brides find other gowns in time for their weddings.
"We've talked to our designers they are willing to rush dresses in to help [the dresses] make it for their wedding day."
Ana's is even willing to waive the rush order fees.
"Discounts, rush orders, appointments, late hours, whatever we need to do to make them happy."
Ana's Bridal asks that brides must bring a copy of their contract with Cinderella's Bridal to help accommodate their needs.
Meantime, the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office is actively looking into nearly fifty complaints against Cinderella's Bridal Salon and its owner, Scott Gray.
